Groups allow you to put announcements into buckets. You can create as many groups as you wish to organize your announcements. 

  1. View all groups
  2. Add a new group
  3. Check box to deactivate a group
  4. Deactivate button becomes active when one or more groups are checked
  5. View any groups that are inactive
  6. Edit a group name or change the color

To add a new group you just need to supply a name and choose a color that will be displayed on the calendar.
