Detail Reports
In this article, you will learn about detail reports.
By Product

By default, By Product tab is selected. You can also navigate to By Student and Export types of reports. Read below for more details.

Using the calendar date-picker, specify the Date Range, click on the Submit button to retrieve the search results.

Once you have specified the Date Range, you can filter using search, by portal or by product.

You can download the search results in Excel spreadsheet or PDF format by clicking on the icon respectively. The first icon to the left will allow you to download into the format for Ticketing 4 Schools for when you are selling dance / event tickets in Store.

This report allows you to view total product sales along with other information such as total returns and total tax.
To access, click on the Reports button available at the top bar and select the tab for Detail Reports.
By Student

Select the tab for By Student.

Specify the search criteria such as Date Range, Select POS and Sort By. Click on the Submit button to retrieve the results. Checking the box Include money added to Student Accounts will add to the totals any money collected during that date range.

Clicking the Transaction Number will open up the transaction details seen below.

You can download the search results in Excel spreadsheet or PDF format by clicking on the icon respectively.

Click to reprint a copy of the receipt

Click to E-mail a copy of the receipt. If grayed out, customer does not have an E-mail on file.

Change date to modify the date of purchase. Void will completely remove the transaction if made by mistake.

Payment type can be changed between cash, credit card (external from our system). If paid by Student Account or credit card (using our integration) this can not be changed. Update/Save Transaction will save any changes made to the date and payment type.
The transaction details will allow you to see the entire order in one screen. View and options may be different based on roll and transaction type.
Export

Select the tab for Export.

Specify the search criteria such as Date Range and POS, click on the Export CSV button to retrieve the results. All data will be downloaded in an Excel spreadsheet file.
If you use Aeries as your Student Information System, you can export transaction data and import it back into Aeries.
