Manage Students

In this article, you will learn how to add Credit, Points and view transaction history.

  • You can search for particular student(s) by using the search filters; the textbox and dropdown.  

  • By default, active students are displayed. Clicking on View Inactive Students will display all inactive students in the list.

  • To add a new student individually, click on the Add Student button. Click here to learn more.

  • Clicking on the No. of Transaction to view the history for the selected student.

  • Clicking on this button will allow you to add credit for the selected student.

  • Clicking on this button will allow you to add spirit points for the selected student.

     

  • Clicking on Edit will allow you to modify the selected student.

Click on the Students button available at the top bar and select the All Students tab. On this page, you can view list of all students. 

Add Spirit Points

  • Name of the selected student will appear here.

  • Enter the Number of Points in the textbox.

  • Add a brief description in the Memo textbox.

  • Review the information added and click on the Add to Account button to save the changes.

When you click on the Add Points button on All Students list page, this pop-up window will appear/

Add Credits

  • Enter the Amount in the textbox.

  • Select the Payment from the dropdown list.

  • Add a brief description in the Memo textbox.

  • Review the information added and click on the Add to Account button to save the changes.

     

When you click on the Add Credit button on All Students list page, this pop-up window will appear/

View Transactions History

When you click on the number of transactions on the All Students list page, this pop-up will appear displaying the complete transaction history of the selected student.
