Delete a Scan

This article will show you how to delete a scan. 

  • To remove a scan check the box next to one or more scans. 

  • Click Deactivate to disable the scan. This will not show up on reports or add to the student record. Leaving it at this stage is fine if you want to keep a record that it was removed. 

Under the Lookup Tab you will see a list of all the scans for a specific date selected. 

  • To view Inactive scans you can click View Inactive (shown here as already clicked)

  • Check the box of one or more scans

  • You can either permanently delete that scan from the system (this can not be recovered) or go back and active the scan if it was removed by mistake.
