Student / Family Portal
Student Lookup
In this article, you will learn how to use the Lookup Page. This page gives you an instant list of students scanned that very day for your chosen scan type.
The Lookup Page

You can use the Search textbox to search for particular records. You can also select the dropdowns for Scan Type & Call Slip Date. There is a date picker available which you can use to search for earlier dates.

Click on the View Inactive button to view all inactive records.

You can export and download the list in PDF or Excel spreadsheet format.

Click on the View button available against each student to view more details.
To access, click on the Lookup button available at the top bar of the page.
Deactivate

-
Select the checkboxes next to the Student Name.
-
As you select a student, option for Deactivate is available on the page. Click on the Deactivate button.
If you made a scanning mistake, you can deactivate the lookup by following steps below.
Lookup Student Details

Student Name and ID number
-
The Infraction, period, date, time and who scanned in the student.

Consequence Information including the type, description, call slip date and the current outcome status.

This button take you to the Outcome page for students you select from the Lookup page
To access Student Infraction pop-up, click on the View button against the student on the lookup page.
