Scanning a Student ID

In this article, you will learn about scanning a Student ID.

To access this feature, click on the Sales button available at the top bar.
You can either scan the student's ID or enter ID or Name manually into the textbox.
Once done, click on the Submit button.
Retrieving Scan Result
  • If the scanning is successful and student data is matched, system will display the profile picture (if available), Student ID and Name. If email address is available, it will also be displayed.

  • If you are using student credits & points and that student has a credit balance, it will be displayed here.

Add New Student

If you scan or enter a student ID that is not currently available in the system, then the message Student not found will appear.
You can add a new student by clicking on the Add New Student button.

 

Once the button Add New Student is clicked, a dialog box will appear allowing you to enter new student details such as Student ID, Name and Grade.
