Bell Schedules
Periods
In this article, you will learn how to define your school’s various bell schedules. This crucial setup will define the accuracy of all your scanning from here on. If bell schedules change from time to time, return here to make the changes.

You can search for a period by using the search box and you can also change the Schedule dropdown.

To add a new period, click on the Add Period button.

Click here to edit the times of the periods.
To access this page, click on the Configure button available at the top bar and select the tab for Bell Schedules. There are two tabs available: Periods (selected by default where you enter or edit your timetable for the day) and Schedules. Before you can set Periods you have to first create Schedule Types (see below)
If you need to create bell schedules that oerlapp you need to turn that on from the System Settings.
Add or Edit Periods
You can add a new period or update an existing one by selecting the relevant option as mentioned above.
Write a Period (such as 1, 2, 1A etc.) and specify the From-To timings.
Add the times in correct chronological order. Pay attention to AM and PM, especially when periods span midday.
Once all details are added, click on the OK button.
Schedules

To view and manage Schedules, click on the tab. Here you will see all of your schedules.

To add a new schedule, click on the Add Schedule button.

You can also update an existing schedule by clicking on the Edit button. Read below for more details.
