ProPay: How to Process Credit Cards

In this article, you will learn about processing the credit cards.

Create a regular transaction and, any time prior to completing the sale, choose Credit Card from the current transaction menu.
When you click on the button Complete, you will be prompted to swipe the customer credit card. At this point the credit card machine should prompt the user for their credit card.

  • Select the tab for Enter Card Information Manually.

  • Enter all details such as First Name, Last Name, Address, City and Card Information.

  • Review the details added and click on the OK button to proceed. Once you have completed the transaction, you will be returned to the sales screen with a message informing you that the sale has been completed.

You can also enter the details manually.
